We operate in a wide range of areas, stretching from London and its surrounding areas to Kent and beyond. Since opening our doors, we have continued to grow and improve our service to ensure that any experience with us is exceptional.

Lisa Howlett, Director
Lisa has worked within the property industry for 20 years in which she has gathered an abundance of experience in lettings and property management. 8 years ago, Lisa founded the business and has gained great satisfaction in providing an exceptional service to our landlords and tenants. Clients choose to work with Lisa for her ethics, experience and expertise.

Kieran, Property Agent
Kieran has worked in sales for over four years and has built many strong relationships with past clients. He has been in the lettings industry for 2 years now helping people find their perfect home. You may meet Kieran when viewing one of our properties.

Sue, Property Agent
Sue has been involved in lettings for over 35 years, and with us for 3 years. Sue is passionate about using her extensive property knowledge to advise landlords, and to guide prospective tenants through the lettings process.

Alex, Property Management
Alex has been with us for the past 2 years, and whilst new to lettings he has helped us create great relationships with both landlords and tenants. Alex deals with our property maintenance and is always more than happy to help our tenants and landlords with their property issues.

Joe, Financial Controller
Joe has been at Howlett Residential since the very start and oversees anything finance related. Joe’s proven background in finance has helped us to competently manage our growth over the past 8 years. He also looks after our computer systems to ensure that things are always running at 110%.
